Correct use of technology:
1. Turn on the machine at 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon on a sunny day. At this time, the temperature of the surface water layer above 1 meter is high, the light is sufficient, the photosynthesis is strong, and the amount of dissolved oxygen reaches supersaturation. After starting the machine, the dissolved oxygen in the surface layer is mixed into other water layers. In the water layer below 1 meter, the light is getting darker, the temperature is lowering, the photosynthesis is getting weaker and weaker, the dissolved oxygen is getting less and less, and the oxygen debt may be generated in the lower layer. The convective exchange between the upper and lower water bodies of the pond fills the oxygen debt of the lower water body, so that the entire water body maintains a reasonable amount of dissolved oxygen. The length of the start-up time depends on the load of the aerator on the water surface. For example, a 3-kilowatt aerator with a load of 3-5 mu of water surface will be turned on for half an hour; if the load of 6-10 mu of water surface, it will be turned on for 1 hour. After starting for a period of time in the afternoon on a sunny day, because the oxygen debt of the lower water body is filled, the storage of dissolved oxygen in the pool water is also increased. Generally, it is not necessary to start the machine again in the next morning.
2. Turn on the machine when it is cloudy. Generally, on a cloudy day, choose to start the machine the next morning, the purpose is to directly stir the water to increase oxygen. Due to the weak photosynthesis on cloudy days, the dissolved oxygen reserve in the pond water is less, and after the consumption at night, the dissolved oxygen in the pond water may drop to the vicinity of the oxygen threshold of the fish, so it should be turned on at 3-5 in the morning. To be in advance.
When the rain is continuous or there is a serious danger of floating head due to water, fat and fish density, etc., the machine should be turned on before the fish float. The specific control is to turn on the machine when the wild fish and shrimp in the pond have signs of floating heads, usually around midnight. Because the oxygen content in the pond water is very low at this time, if the aquaculture fish is turned on after the floating head is turned on, it will be too late to rescue the fish, which will easily lead to the death of the fish flooding the pond. The oxygen threshold of wild fish and shrimp is lower than that of farmed fish, which can be used as a reference for the timing of startup.
It does not turn on during the day when it is cloudy and rainy. On cloudy and rainy days, the photosynthesis is relatively weak during the day, and the dissolved oxygen in the surface pool water will not be supersaturated. At this time, when the water is turned on and stirred, the supersaturated dissolved oxygen in the surface pool water cannot be mixed into the bottom layer, which cannot achieve the purpose of aeration.
3. In general, there is no shortage of dissolved oxygen in the pond water in the evening, so do not turn on the machine in the evening. If it is turned on, it will promote the convective mixing of the upper and lower water bodies of the fish pond in advance, and speed up the rate of oxygen consumption. If the water quality deteriorates and must be turned on, do not shut down again, and prepare oxygenates for use.
